Dedicated, easy-going and adaptable, Katherine is just as at home in commercial kitchens as she is in the home kitchen, and is equally adept at working with both sweet and savoury. As a pastry chef, recipe developer and food stylist, she can write, interpret and prepare recipes for stylists and chefs alike. Her keen eye for detail and confidence with ingredients makes her invaluable as part of a team, but she’s equally happy to work autonomously.
