Having spent much of her career as a pastry chef in restaurant kitchens both in Australia and London (and as a big chocolate-lover), Katherine has honed her craft to exquisite perfection. From creating show-stopping wedding and special occasion cakes to developing recipes for commercial kitchens and teaching bakery and pastry skills to all ages, Katherine’s versatile experience is available for consultancy work through to freelance pastry jobs.
